General Information

How to change or cancel my order?

Order changes or cancellations can be made by sending us an email to [email protected] prior to product being shipped. Once product has been shipped we cannot accommodate any order changes. If needed you will have to request a return/exchange once you have received the product.

What payment methods do you support?

We accept Credit Card and Paypal as these are the most secure way for you to make a transaction.

What is your return policy?
5th and Envy is committed to customer satisfaction. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchased product(s), you can return it for a refund, exchange or credit on your 5th and Envy account within 30 days of receiving the product. More details under the Returns section.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide except to Brazil or Russia. We also do not ship to PO Boxes.

How long does it take to process an order?

If the product is in stock, it only takes within 1-3 business days for us to process your order.

How can I make an exchange?

If you require an exchange, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Please note that you will be charged a shipping fee applicable to your region and product.

Are sale items final?

All items on sale are final, however if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we can accept return for exchange or store credit within 30 days of receiving your order. Before we replace the item and send it, you will be charged the shipping fee applicable to your region and product.

Am I responsible for paying import duties and taxes?

Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes once your package reaches your country. We ship your package DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid”, and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be paid in full to the shipping carrier in order for your package to clear customs. By law, the package cannot be returned to us unless the client pays duties and taxes. For more information regarding your country’s custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

How much is the shipping?

Orders are normally shipped within 1-3 business days and include tracking.

U.S. and Canada:

Standard Shipping is free for all orders to the U.S. and Canada which takes 5-10 business days after the shipping date. Expedited 3-5 day shipping is also available for an additional $25 fee. Tracking is included for both.

Mexico, The UK, Italy and most of Europe:

Orders may be subject to a $30 Express Shipping flat rate, depending on the location. Shipping is through DHL Express, includes tracking, and is delivered in 3-5 business days after the shipping date.

Rest of World:

Orders are subject to a $35 – $50 flat rate for DHL Express Shipping depending on the location. Shipping includes tracking, and is delivered in 5-10 business days after the shipping date.

Are shipping costs refundable?

Shipping is non-refundable except when we made a shipping error. If you qualified for free shipping and have decided to return your product, the shipping fees paid by us will be subtracted from your refund total.

Note:

Once product has been shipped, please do not refuse the delivery. Refused deliveries will incur the cost of the original delivery plus shipping return cost and and incurred custom fees. Any refund made shall be subtracted from the total delivery and return costs in case of refused deliveries.

What is the return policy?

We care about customer satisfaction. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with our products, you can return it for a refund, exchange or credit on your 5th and Envy account within 30 days from the day we received your order. Restrictions apply. Sale items are exchange only.

How can I make a return?

If you are returning a package within the allowed 30 day return period, please contact us right away at [email protected] to initiate the return process. Please note that returned items must be in brand new condition to be entitled to a full refund.

How can I make a return after the 30-day period?

Please note that after the 30-day return period, the items may be subject to warranty purposes only.

How long does the refund take?

Once we receive the returned item, the Returns Team will inspect it. All returns must be unworn, and not damaged. If our Returns Team sees a mismatch of these requirements, it may lead to a partial refund or the company can refuse it.

Returns are applied within 1-3 business days of receiving the returned item(s) to your original payment method. Please allow up to 3-10 business days for your bank to process your refund.

What is the last date to order for Christmas?

Last day to order for Christmas delivery is on December 19th, 2018.

Is there gift wrapping available?

All packages are wrapped with a red tie bow and include a wax sealed card with the option to add your own customized message.

Is there an extended return policy on holiday purchases?

Extended return policy is until January 30th for all orders placed before December 31st. Otherwise, it is a 30 day policy for exchange or returns.

Do you ship on weekends?

No weekend shipping available at the moment.
