In order to ensure that your 5th and Envy product remains in good condition and lasts a long time we recommend the following:

  • Removing your 5th and Envy bracelet prior to showering or swimming
  • Storing your 5th and Envy bracelet in its velvet pouch
  • Removing your 5th and Envy bracelet before applying perfumes or hand creams
  • Refraining from stretching the elastic cord, although it will naturally stretch over time
  • Using a soft cloth to clean your 5th and Envy bracelet
  • Avoid dropping or rubbing your 5th and Envy bracelet against abrasive or hard surfaces.
  • Avoid these products exposed to makeup, cleaning agents, chemicals, creams and oil.
  • To clean, use your fingers and gently massage the jewelry with lukewarm water and mild soap. Wash carefully and thoroughly then lay flat to dry.
  • It is normal for the oxidation to slowly vanish over time as part of wear and tear. For better care, exposure to chlorine, perspiration, silver polish, perfume chemicals and cleaning agents should be avoided as they may cause the oxidation to fade quicker.
  • To clean, use a mild soap and water and gently brush with your fingers. Do not leave it soaked in water and make sure to dry immediately after washing.
  • Avoid exposure with cleaning agents especially bleach as this chemical will cause the jewelry to discolour quicker.
  • To clean, mix a few drops of mild dishwashing liquid with water and soak the gold piece into the solution for a few minutes. Gently rub or use a soft bristle brush and rinse thoroughly. Dry immediately after washing.
  • Diamond, pearl, sapphire, emerald and other gemstones are very delicate. Avoid exposing them to extreme temperatures, perfume chemicals, makeup, cleaning agents and oil as they can damage the jewels.
  • To clean, use a mild soap and lukewarm water and gently massage the jewelry piece. Use a cloth and gently pat to dry.
  • As a natural product, the colour and the leather may look slightly different from the other bracelets seen online. With wear and tear, leather will relax and stretch and change in shade and colour over time which is normal.
  • To clean, wipe the leather with a damp cloth. Do not soak the leather piece into the water. Put some leather cleaner on a jewelry cleaning cloth and gently pat on the leather bracelet. Then use the damp cloth with clean water and wipe the leather cleaner residue and dry the piece immediately.
